Your mission is to build wealth. The last thing you want to happen is to build up a bunch of money only to have it taken away because of bad decisions. Or because you get sued.

Here are the Must-Have Documents I recommend:

– Will

– Living revocable trust

– Financial power of attorney

– Durable power of attorney for Health Care

First you need each one of these documents. I recommend the Suze Orman must have documents kit.

You fill out each document. Then you notarize each document to make it official. Keep these documents in a safe place and make sure that someone else has access to them. You don’t want to go to all the trouble of doing these documents if someone else cannot access them.

You are not done yet.

In a later step you are actually going to fund the trust that you just created.
