Write down 10 ideas a day.
They can anything: goals, birthday gifts, show you want to watch, businesses you want to start, dinner meals you want to try. The goal is to become an idea machine.
You want to have ideas flowing from your brain all the time. Because then you can solve any problem and you are always looking for solutions or new angles to tackle your problems.
You are going to have a lot of bad ideas, but then you are also going to have 1 or 2 ideas that are amazing and you wont be able to stop thinking about them.
This technique helped me when I was homeless for the second time and had to put my life back together. It can do great things for you also.
